ARO Electrical and Air is currently seeking an Electrician to join our team on a part-time basis. Based in the Middle Swan area, we are a family-owned and family-operated business that services the Perth Hills region. We specialize in a wide range of electrical, air-conditioning, and solar jobs for both residential and commercial clients, ranging from routine RCD compliance checks to large-scale electrical upgrades in logistics yards.
Working across diverse project types means you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different areas of the trade that you may not have been exposed to in previous roles. Unlike many typical contracting companies, our residential work focuses heavily on direct client service rather than property management real estate contracts, ensuring a varied and engaging daily routine.
Key responsibilities for this role generally include:
- Performing general electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial settings
- Conducting safety inspections, testing, and RCD compliance checks
- Troubleshooting electrical faults and implementing effective solutions
- Working on air-conditioning and solar-related projects as required
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, workplace safety, and customer service
To be successful in this role, you should hold the appropriate electrical licensing and qualifications, possess a strong work ethic, and be capable of working independently as well as part of a close-knit team. A valid driver’s licence is required.
