AMN Healthcare is currently seeking an Electrophysiology Physician to join a growing cardiology team in Pierpont, Boone County. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established clinic associated with a Level I trauma hospital located in a highly sought-out university community. This position is designed for an electrophysiologist cardiologist who is seeking an ideal balance of professional income and an exceptional quality of life.
The incoming physician will join an established group consisting of 10 cardiologists—featuring a mix of general, interventional, and electrophysiology specialists—along with a dedicated cardiothoracic surgeon. The anticipated start date for this role is as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities and highlights for this role include:
- Providing specialized electrophysiology cardiology care within a busy and supportive clinic environment.
- Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of general cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, and CT surgeons.
- Delivering high-quality patient care in a Level I trauma hospital setting.
- Participating in the continued growth and expansion of regional cardiology services.
Compensation details for this position include a stated pay rate range of $156,944 to $156,944 per year (with historical or alternate system ranges reflecting specialized Locum/Permanent structures up to $705,375.00 – $772,361.20 depending on exact placement terms).
