E4 People is currently seeking a motivated and clinically capable Enrolled Nurse to join a well-established not-for-profit residential aged care organisation across multiple locations in Victoria, Australia. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity designed for professionals looking to build their clinical career with a respected aged care provider.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to elderly residents. Your day-to-day duties will naturally involve administering medications, monitoring resident health outcomes, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with industry standards and organisational policies.
To be successful in this position, you must hold current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and possess a genuine passion for aged care. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team are essential for this role.
