AMN Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated ENT Physician to join a growing hospital-employed otolaryngology service line with a leading not-for-profit health system located in Dover, Kent County. This exciting opportunity has been established to meet sustained community demand for specialized ear, nose, and throat care while supporting professional satisfaction, clinical autonomy, and a healthy work-life balance.
In this role, the incoming physician will provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The schedule is structured to provide a balanced mix of outpatient clinic time and surgical duties.
Key responsibilities and shift structures for this position include:
- Providing expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions for patients within the community.
- Managing a clinical workload consisting of approximately 3 to 3.5 days in the clinic per week.
- Performing surgical procedures and managing operating room cases for approximately 1.5 to 2 days per week.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Compensation details for this position include a stated pay rate of $98,644 per year (with specific shift and rate structures as outlined by the healthcare system).
