Key responsibilities for the Entry Level Solar Sales role include:
- Canvas residential neighborhoods to generate leads and introduce homeowners to the benefits of solar energy and energy independence.
- Schedule and set up in-home consultations for solar experts and closers.
- Manage your leads, appointments, and daily results to stay on track with your goals.
- Attend weekly team meetings and participate in world-class training to sharpen your skills.
- Educate families on cost savings, clean energy solutions, and the solar adoption process.
Qualifications and requirements for this position:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in direct or commission-based sales is preferred, but not required.
