Pan American – The International School of Porto Alegre is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual for an Estagiário De Educação Física (Physical Education Intern) position on an effective (efetivo) basis, located in Porto, PI. As the only international school in Rio Grande do Sul offering an English-language, American-style curriculum for students ranging from Preschool (age 3) through Grade 12, we provide a dynamic and diverse educational environment for our school community.

In this role, you will work closely with our Physical Education department to support students of various age groups as they engage in sports, recreation, and wellness activities. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated student or recent graduate in Physical Education who is eager to gain hands-on experience in an international academic setting and contribute to the holistic development of our students.

Key responsibilities for this position typically include:

Assisting lead teachers in planning and executing engaging Physical Education classes and sports activities for students across different grade levels.
Helping to set up, maintain, and safely store sports equipment and learning materials.
Supporting students during lessons, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for participants of all skill levels.
Assisting with the supervision of students during extracurricular sports, school events, and recreational times.
Collaborating with faculty members to promote healthy lifestyle habits and teamwork among students.
