As a Family Medicine Physician, you will specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of your patients and their families. Trained to care for individuals of all ages—from children age 5 to senior adults—you will diagnose and treat the full range of problems people bring to their doctors. You will serve as an important part of a multispecialty team, coordinating care with specialty physicians and other members of the patient care team.

Primary Responsibilities:

See patients in an outpatient setting Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including new patients and corporate physicals.
Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group, taking on-call duties approximately once per month (either a weekday or a shared weekend day) consisting of answering phone calls from patients.
Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams.
Focus on preventive medicine to support patient health.

Required Qualifications:

Medical Degree (MD or DO).
Completed accredited Family Medicine Residency training.
Licensed or willing to be licensed in the applicable state.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.

Compensation for this role generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000, including base pay and bonus, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience, with potential increases based on productivity and performance.
