As a Family Medicine Physician, you will specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of your patients and their families. Trained to care for individuals of all ages—from children age 5 to senior adults—you will diagnose and treat the full range of problems people bring to their doctors. You will serve as an important part of a multispecialty team, coordinating care with specialty physicians and other members of the patient care team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- See patients in an outpatient setting Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including new patients and corporate physicals.
- Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group, taking on-call duties approximately once per month (either a weekday or a shared weekend day) consisting of answering phone calls from patients.
- Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams.
- Focus on preventive medicine to support patient health.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO).
- Completed accredited Family Medicine Residency training.
- Licensed or willing to be licensed in the applicable state.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
Compensation for this role generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000, including base pay and bonus, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience, with potential increases based on productivity and performance.
