The Co-Group Limited is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our team in the Banksia and Rockdale area. In this rewarding role, you will provide personalised, high-quality support to our Aged Care and NDIS participants directly in their homes and local communities, helping them to maintain their independence, dignity, and overall quality of life.
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with an attractive annual salary ranging from A$70,720 to A$95,680 per year. We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to person-centred care and empowering participants to achieve their personal goals.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Providing essential assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks.
- Supporting participants with mobility, safe transfers, transport to appointments, and active engagement in community access activities.
- Monitoring participant well-being and communicating effectively with team members, management, and families.
- Promoting choice, control, and independence for every individual under your care.
To be successful in this position, you will possess a genuine passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a respectful, empathetic approach. Relevant experience in aged care or disability support, along with appropriate industry qualifications or a willingness to obtain them, will be highly regarded.
