Ipsos is currently seeking a reliable and engaging Field Interviewer to join our team on a part-time basis in Newport, Wales. As a Field Market Research Interviewer, your main responsibility is to conduct face-to-face interviews with members of the public, gathering valuable opinions and data for various research projects. You will manage your scheduled shifts flexibly within our operational hours of 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, across weekdays and weekends, making this an ideal position for those looking to balance work with other commitments.
Key responsibilities and duties in this role typically include:
- Conducting professional, face-to-face interviews with members of the local community following established research guidelines.
- Accurately recording and submitting survey responses and data in a timely manner.
- Traveling efficiently between designated locations within the Newport area to complete assignments.
- Representing Ipsos in a polite, engaging, and professional manner at all times.
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must have a reliable car available for business use.
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence.
- Must possess appropriate business car insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently out in the field.
- A reliable, organized, and professional demeanor.
