Ipsos is currently seeking a reliable and engaging individual to join their team as a Part-Time Field Interviewer in Fife, Scotland. This flexible opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working independently, and representing a globally respected market research organisation.
As a Field Market Research Interviewer, your primary responsibility is to connect with members of the local community to gather valuable opinions and data. You will manage your own schedule, pre-booking shifts that suit your lifestyle across weekdays and weekends, with working hours available between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. Because this is a mobile role, having access to your own vehicle, a valid driver’s licence, and appropriate business insurance is an essential requirement.
Key responsibilities and duties in this role typically include:
- Traveling to various locations within the Fife area using your own vehicle to conduct face-to-face interviews.
- Engaging professionally and politely with members of the public to encourage participation in important market research surveys.
- Accurately recording responses and data following established research guidelines and protocols.
- Managing assigned shifts independently while maintaining reliable communication with the Ipsos team.
- Representing the company with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.
To be successful in this position, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a comfortable and confident manner when speaking with diverse groups of people, and the organizational ability to manage your time effectively on the road. A strong commitment to confidentiality and data integrity is also vital.
