Network Plus is currently seeking a dedicated Field Manager to join our team based in Wytham, Oxford, with operations connected to the SPENW vegetation management contract. In this important Utility Arboriculture Field Manager role, you will play a central part in overseeing the daily operational performance of the contract, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards expected by our clients.

Key responsibilities for the Field Manager include:
- Ensuring all work carried out within the contract under your control strictly complies with all relevant health, safety, welfare, and environmental regulations.
- Managing day-to-day operational performance to guarantee project delivery remains on schedule and financially on target.
- Liaising closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Maintaining rigorous safety standards across all vegetation management activities on site.
