Network Plus is currently seeking a dedicated Field Manager to join our team, offering a competitive salary range of £34,000 to £41,000 per year. This position is based in Hermitage, Thatcham, and plays a crucial role in supporting our operational delivery.
As a Field Manager with Network Plus, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the contract, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standards expected by our clients. You will provide leadership on the ground, coordinating daily activities and maintaining strong communication across the team.
