Ipsos is currently seeking a reliable and outgoing Field Market Research Interviewer to join our team on a part-time basis in the Holmes Chapel and Crewe areas. In this dynamic role, you will be paid per shift with a pro-rata annual salary equivalent of £27,726. Please note that access to a car is required for this position to help you travel efficiently between various locations.
Join Ipsos and take on a role that gets you out and about in your local area. As a Field Market Research Interviewer, you’ll travel across transport routes and stations, speaking directly with passengers to help improve public transport across the UK. Each shift is based on a specific route, stop, or station, allowing you to engage directly with the travelling public and gather valuable feedback.
To ensure you can carry out your work confidently, you will be provided with everything you need, including a tablet, survey materials, and official ID. During your shift, your day-to-day activities will typically involve:
- Approaching passengers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner
- Conducting face-to-face interviews and surveys using a company-provided tablet
- Accurately recording passenger responses and travel data
- Representing Ipsos and our clients professionally at all times
- Following all safety and operational guidelines while working on-site at transport locations
