Financial Solutions Advisor – Mount Dora Financial Center

We are currently seeking a dedicated Financial Solutions Advisor to join our team at the Mount Dora Financial Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help our clients achieve their short- and long-term financial goals.

As a Financial Solutions Advisor, you will engage directly with clients to review their financial and investment objectives, build robust financial plans, and recommend tailored brokerage and banking products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and managed money solutions. Your day-to-day efforts will involve triaging client leads, identifying potential new clients, and making strategic referrals to internal business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds. You will also play a critical role in mitigating risk, applying regulatory due diligence, and coaching referral partners.

To be successful in this 40-hour, 1st shift position, candidates must meet the following required qualifications:

• Currently hold Series 7 and 66 licenses (or a combination of Series 7 and either 63 or 65, with the missing license to be obtained within 60 days).
• Possess at least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• Possess at least one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Demonstrate strong relationship-building, collaboration, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
