Chubb Fire & Security Pty Ltd, an industry leader in fire protection, is currently seeking a dedicated Electrical Fire Alarm Technician or Electrician to join our growing team in Mount Louisa, Townsville. This is a full-time, customer-focused opportunity within our Service and Minor Works division, offering competitive EBA conditions including a company vehicle.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining safety standards by servicing fire protection systems and equipment to Chubb Fire & Security’s high standards of quality and excellence. You will work closely with our diverse customer base, ensuring that all service and minor works tasks are completed efficiently while exceeding customer service expectations.

Key responsibilities and daily duties for this role typically include:
- Performing scheduled servicing, maintenance, and testing of fire alarm and protection systems
- Completing minor works and electrical installations associated with fire safety equipment
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing faults on various fire protection systems
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant industry standards, codes, and company safety guidelines
- Interacting professionally with clients to provide exceptional customer service and technical advice
- Maintaining accurate service records, reports, and documentation for completed works
- Operating company-provided vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly
To be considered for this position, you should hold a relevant electrical trade qualification and possess a strong commitment to workplace safety and customer satisfaction. Experience working specifically with fire alarm systems or within the security and protection industry will be highly regarded.
