MCA Engineering is currently seeking a qualified Fleet Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis. This position is based onsite in Orange for a minimum of 18 months, with additional workshop work in Parkes, NSW, as required to support operational demands.
The successful candidate will earn an attractive salary package ranging from A$145,600 to A$162,240 per year. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations, coordinating vehicle and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards, and supporting project logistics across various sites.
Key responsibilities and duties in this role typically include:
- Coordinating the day-to-day management, servicing, and repair schedules of company fleet vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Ensuring all fleet assets comply with relevant statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Liaising with internal teams, external contractors, and workshop staff in Orange and Parkes to minimise downtime and maintain equipment availability.
- Maintaining accurate records of fleet maintenance, asset utilisation, and related operational costs.
- Troubleshooting fleet-related issues and assisting with logistical planning for ongoing projects.
