CHRISTUS Health is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team. This is a full-time opportunity based in Silver Creek, WA, operating within a physician-led organization where clinicians have a direct voice through our Physician Board of Directors. We are committed to supporting our healthcare professionals with advanced clinical tools and a collaborative environment focused on patient care.
The standard schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with requirements to work every third weekend from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Time off is provided during the week whenever a weekend shift is scheduled.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive urgent care medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for walk-in patients
- Ordering, interpreting, and managing diagnostic tests and lab results
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary medical staff and support personnel
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Educating patients and families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care instructions
Job requirements include:
- Must hold a current professional license or be eligible for licensure
- Prior clinical experience as an FNP or PA within an urgent care or related setting
