Orthopedic Associates of Central Jersey, a premier private practice affiliated with Hackensack Meridian Health, is seeking to employ a Board Certified or Board Eligible, fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join their well-established and growing team. Practice locations are conveniently situated in Edison and Old Bridge, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful private group while becoming a member of the expanding Hackensack Meridian Health network. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Selected professionals will take on a variety of clinical and surgical responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive clinical and surgical care for patients presenting with a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
  • Perform surgical procedures at affiliated Hackensack Meridian Health hospitals, including Old Bridge Medical Center, JFK University Medical Center, and/or Raritan Bay Medical Center.
  • Manage a dedicated outpatient practice located at both the Edison and Old Bridge office locations.
  • Participate in a shared call schedule with colleagues.
  • Collaborate closely with a multi-specialty orthopedic team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Candidates must meet the following professional requirements:

  • Possess an M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized medical or osteopathic school.
  • Completion of fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Hold a valid New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA registration.

Compensation details include a competitive starting base salary with a minimum estimate of $328,862, complemented by a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement options. Final compensation is determined based on various non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, specialization, and productivity.
