Foot and Ankle Surgeon

Orthopedic Associates of Central Jersey, a premier private practice affiliated with Hackensack Meridian Health, is seeking to employ a Board Certified or Board Eligible, fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join their well-established and growing team. Practice locations are conveniently situated in Edison and Old Bridge, New Jersey. Selected professionals will take on a variety of clinical and surgical responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical and surgical care for patients presenting with a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures at affiliated Hackensack Meridian Health hospitals, including Old Bridge Medical Center, JFK University Medical Center, and/or Raritan Bay Medical Center.
• Manage a dedicated outpatient practice located at both the Edison and Old Bridge office locations.
• Participate in a shared call schedule with colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with a multi-specialty orthopedic team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Candidates must meet the following professional requirements:

• Possess an M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized medical or osteopathic school.
• Completion of fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
• Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Hold a valid New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA registration.

Compensation details include a competitive starting base salary with a minimum estimate of $328,862, complemented by a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement options. Final compensation is determined based on various non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, specialization, and productivity.
