Groupe Randstad France, the brand that opens doors to new employment opportunities including interim, CDD, and CDI contracts, is currently recruiting on behalf of our client—a major professional training organization specializing in technical industrial training in the Normandy region. We are looking for a qualified Formateur Conception (F/H) to join their team on a full-time basis in Calvados, Normandie.
In this role, you will be attached to the training department and will intervene directly with apprentices within the industrial metallurgy sector. Your primary mission will be to impart your expertise in industrial design, guiding and supporting students as they develop the technical skills required for a successful career in the industrial field.
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess relevant professional experience and technical knowledge aligned with industrial design and metallurgy. Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Delivering engaging theoretical and practical training sessions to apprentices
- Preparing course materials and training modules focused on industrial conception
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey
- Guiding learners in understanding industry standards, tools, and methodologies
- Collaborating with teaching staff and the broader training pole to ensure educational quality
