Soho Boutique Hotels is a leading hotel chain established in 2014, currently operating more than 40 establishments across the country as the premier boutique hotel brand in Spain. We are currently seeking a dedicated freganchín to join the team at our hotel located in Aguadulce.
This is a full-time opportunity ideal for an organized and reliable individual looking to contribute to the smooth daily operations of our kitchen and food service areas. As part of our hospitality team, you will play an essential role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Your main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Cleaning of utensils and tableware: washing and disinfecting all dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment according to established standards.
- Organization and drying of kitchen utensils, ensuring items are properly stored and readily available for the culinary staff.
- Managing waste and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe working environment in the dishwashing and kitchen areas.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen and hospitality colleagues to support overall service flow.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous experience in a similar kitchen support or cleaning role is valued, and a proactive attitude is essential.
