We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Lead to join our team for an exciting new store opening in Robina, located within the Gold Coast region. This is a 13-month contract opportunity with lululemon, an innovative performance apparel company renowned for creating technical gear and functional designs for yoga, running, training, and a wide range of other athletic pursuits.
In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing the lululemon brand to life for our guests from day one. You will act as a brand ambassador, helping to build genuine connections within the local community and ensuring every visitor to our new Robina location receives an exceptional, welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities for the Guest Experience Lead include:
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests and sharing product knowledge regarding our technical athletic apparel and accessories.
- Leading on-the-floor operations to ensure visual merchandising standards, store presentation, and guest flow are seamlessly maintained.
- Supporting and coaching team members to deliver top-tier guest service and operational excellence during a high-energy store opening.
- Engaging with the local Gold Coast community to foster brand awareness and support connection-building initiatives.
- Collaborating with store leadership to drive daily goals, handle guest inquiries smoothly, and maintain a positive team culture.
