Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and visionary Head of School to join the team at Baston House School, located in the Bromley area of South East London and Kent. This is a permanent, term-time-only opportunity working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, offering a salary of up to £75,000 per year (depending on experience, not pro rata) with a scheduled start date of September 2026. Please note that UK applicants only are being considered at this time, as no visa sponsorship is available for this position.
As the Head of School, you will provide comprehensive strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that the school consistently delivers outstanding educational outcomes and a supportive environment for students. We believe in giving you more time to do the things you love outside of work, balancing professional leadership with a healthy personal life through our term-time-only schedule.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Providing strong pedagogical and operational leadership across the school community
- Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student welfare are maintained
- Managing staff development, performance, and day-to-day school operations effectively
- Working collaboratively with leadership teams, parents, and external stakeholders
- Maintaining compliance with relevant educational standards and safeguarding policies
