Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and visionary Head of School to join the team at Baston House School, located in the Bromley, Kent area (near Harlington and Hayes). This is a permanent, term-time only position offering 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a salary of up to £75,000 per annum depending on experience.
As Head of School, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive strategic and operational leadership. Your primary focus will be to ensure the school consistently delivers outstanding educational outcomes, fosters a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and maintains high standards of teaching and student welfare in alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
Key responsibilities in this leadership role typically include:
- Providing clear strategic direction and operational management across the school community.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing teaching and support staff to achieve excellence.
- Monitoring educational standards, curriculum delivery, and student progress.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks, safeguarding policies, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership, parents, carers, and external stakeholders to support student success.
- Managing resources effectively to support the ongoing growth and development of the school.
