As a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist with Outcomes First Group, you will play a key role in providing expert assessment and intervention for individuals with complex needs. You will work collaboratively with speech and language therapists, psychologists, and other professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions across various settings.
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and formulate treatment strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care planning
- Document clinical progress and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide training and support to less experienced team members
- Stay updated with current best practices and clinical guidelines
This role offers a competitive salary of £58,000 per year, based in Hillingdon, Uxbridge.
