We are hosting a specialized Hiring Event for Cleared Talent in Melbourne, Florida, taking place on Wednesday, April 1st from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Please note that exact location details will be provided directly in your invitation, and this event is not intended for recent or new college graduates.

During this event, we will be connecting with experienced professionals interested in opportunities across various disciplines, with a specific focus on Contracts, as well as roles in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Space Vehicle Engineers, Systems Integration and Test, RF Engineers, Network Planning Engineers, and Program Finance.

Key responsibilities for professionals joining our contracts and technical teams typically include managing complex agreements, coordinating cross-functional program activities, ensuring compliance with organizational and government standards, and supporting mission-critical defense and aerospace initiatives.

Qualifications and requirements for consideration include:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in your field, OR an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree. We also have senior-level roles available that require 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• An active DoD Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one, which requires US Citizenship and a detailed background investigation.
• Relevant professional experience within the aerospace, defense, or technology industries.
