L3Harris is hosting an Engineering and Program Finance Hiring Event for cleared talent in Melbourne, Florida, and is actively seeking dedicated professionals, including RF Engineers, to join our expanding teams. As the Trusted Disruptor in defense tech, L3Harris delivers end-to-end technology solutions connecting the space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains in the interest of national security. This event is designed for experienced professionals and is not intended for recent or new college graduates.
As an RF Engineer or participating team member at L3Harris, you will engage with advanced products and services, utilizing your problem-solving skills, creativity, and technical expertise to confront the industry’s most thrilling challenges. Our employees work on pioneering advancements in space systems technology and projects with far-reaching global influence, contributing to the greater good in defense, aerospace, and beyond.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in your field, OR an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree (senior-level roles requiring 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree are also available).
- An active DoD Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one, which requires U.S. citizenship and a detailed background investigation.
- Relevant experience within the aerospace, defense, or technology industries.
