Aveanna Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated Home Health Speech Therapist to join our clinical team on a part-time basis in the Indianapolis area, serving patients throughout Marion County. In this meaningful role, you will be responsible for the delivery of quality patient care in accordance with individual physician orders, helping individuals improve their communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities within the comfort of their own homes.
As a valued member of our healthcare team, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting thorough patient assessments, administering prescribed speech treatments and therapies, and developing comprehensive care plans. You will also collaborate closely with other members of the patient’s multi-disciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination, manage necessary clinical supplies, and handle emergency management situations as they arise. Beyond direct clinical care, this position plays an essential role in health promotion and patient education, empowering you to teach and train family members and caregivers on specialized techniques to support ongoing progress and daily functional independence. This part-time opportunity involves conducting regular weekly visits throughout the Indianapolis branch service area.
Compensation for this position is structured at a rate equivalent to $107,250 to $107,250 per year, aligned with part-time or PRN scheduling requirements.
