In this role, you will be responsible for the growth and development of new territories for Residential Hospice. You will lead our sales efforts, support our team of Hospice Consultants, and work closely with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure alignment between community demand and our capacity to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities for the Hospice Regional Sales Director include:
- Maintaining relationships with all existing referral sources and actively prospecting for new referral sources based on the Agency’s scope of service.
- Educating Hospice Consultants on the benefits of Residential’s service offerings and leading team sales meetings.
- Analyzing sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Establishing performance goals for Hospice Consultants, while continually monitoring and documenting their performance.
- Collaborating with Hospice Consultants to develop, maintain, and improve business relations with all customers.
- Working closely with Marketing, the Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to align clinical care demand with capacity without compromising patient care quality.
Qualification requirements to perform this job successfully include:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- At least one year of healthcare marketing experience is required.
- One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
