We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Adviser to join our team on a full-time basis, located in Rocklea, Brisbane. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our workforce as we continue to grow as Australia’s leading supplier of fresh produce to the foodservice sector.
As our Human Resource Adviser, you will provide practical HR guidance and operational support across various employee lifecycle functions. Because our success is built on our people, customers, and growers, this role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring alignment with company values and policies.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and team members
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Supporting employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
- Ensuring company policies and procedures comply with relevant employment legislation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR administration tasks
- Participating in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
