Ital Biscuits & Cakes, part of the leading Australian-owned ITAL Food Group, is currently seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic manufacturing team on a full-time basis. Located in Campbellfield within the Hume area, we manufacture and supply a wide range of biscuits and cakes to retail, wholesale, private label, and export markets. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated professional to help optimize our technology and business processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business operations and technology solutions. Working closely with our manufacturing, production, warehouse, and distribution teams, you will play a crucial part in analyzing our operational workflows and supporting our ongoing digital and systems improvements.
Key responsibilities for the ICT Business Analyst include:
- Liaising directly with business stakeholders across manufacturing, production, warehouse, and distribution teams to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Analysing current business processes to identify areas for operational efficiency, system enhancement, and technological integration.
- Translating business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams and software developers.
- Assisting with testing, implementation, and user training for new systems and process updates.
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing business systems to ensure seamless daily operations.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of A$80,000 to A$90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience. You will be joining an established and growing Australian food manufacturer that values collaboration, innovation, and professional dedication.
