This is an incredible opportunity for learning and growth, designed to support individuals transitioning into a new career. We provide a comprehensive, fully paid six-month training program that covers all study materials, class discussions, and instructor-led guidance, alongside paid licensing costs. Following your initial time in the office, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule with remote days available.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximizing Property & Casualty sales potential by expertly handling member inquiries, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and delivering exceptional service across various communication channels.
- Applying a solid understanding of personal lines insurance to assist members with quotes, binding new business, policy details, billing, payment, and underwriting provisions.
- Identifying and evaluating member needs to consistently provide accurate advice, complete solutions, and detailed issue diagnosis while minimizing transfers and escalations.
- Navigating multiple systems efficiently in a contact center environment while maintaining engaging member interactions.
- Maintaining required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations, adhering strictly to compliance and risk policies.
Qualifications and requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email to process insurance products and services.
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple business applications simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license for your state of residency (study materials and up to three exam attempts provided).
- Customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment or frequent customer communication experience is strongly preferred, and military veterans and spouses are highly encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position based at 1 Norterra Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85085. Work schedules vary to support members seven days a week and may include evening hours and permanent weekend shifts, featuring a 15% shift differential for qualifying hours. The hiring salary range for this position is $46,135 to $48,635 per year, determined by experience and market data.
