In this physician-led, patient-centered, and team-based environment, you will provide comprehensive care across the continuum. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care to adult patients within a collaborative multi-specialty group setting.
- Participating in value-based care initiatives that focus on health outcomes and shared decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with integrated behavioral health providers, specialists, hospitals, and post-acute facilities.
- Utilizing advanced electronic medical record systems to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Required qualifications for candidates include:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
- Unlimited licensure in the applicable state of practice.
- Active DEA license.
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being. Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $229,500 to $378,000, combining base pay and performance-based incentives determined by factors such as local labor markets, education, and experience.
