Bradnam’s Windows and Doors is seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. Based in the Gold Coast area (Ashmore / Bundall), you will play a key role within our growing department, acting as a primary point of contact for our valued customers and supporting the daily operations of the branch.
In this dynamic role, your primary objective is to deliver exceptional service while maintaining high standards of accuracy and communication. You will work closely with both internal teams and external customers to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently and transactions are processed smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Delivering prompt, professional, and friendly customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Processing sales orders, quotes, and related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and general branch enquiries regarding windows and doors.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction align with company standards.
- Contributing to the general administrative and daily requirements of the branch to support overall team goals.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong customer-first mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or administrative environment—particularly within the building, manufacturing, or construction supply industries—will be viewed favorably.
