AgriLabour is currently seeking a reliable Irrigation Hand to join a busy almond farm operation located in Darlington Point, NSW, within the Griffith Area and Wagga Wagga Region. This is a full-time employment opportunity offering a salary of A$69,784 per year.
Working within the agriculture and horticulture industry, this hands-on role supports essential on-farm operations across a large outdoor environment. You will be an integral part of a practical and safety-focused team dedicated to efficient water management and crop care.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Supporting irrigation system repairs, maintenance, and routine checks
- Assisting with the upkeep and management of sprinkler systems
- Conducting regular headland checks across the farm
- Assisting with day-to-day water management tasks
- Helping with fertiliser mixing and application processes
- Working collaboratively with farm team members to ensure safe and efficient operations
