Morwell Medical Centre and Drouin Family Medical Centre are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Manager to oversee our medical centre systems and digital infrastructure on a full-time, permanent basis. Working 38 hours per week across our clinic locations in Morwell and Drouin within the Latrobe Valley, this role is a vital part of our Information Technology and Digital Operations division. You will report directly to the Practice Manager and Directors to ensure our clinical and administrative technology runs seamlessly.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading the digital infrastructure that underpins daily operations at our medical practices. While specific duties will align with the needs of a busy healthcare environment, typical responsibilities for this position include managing local networks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, safeguarding patient and practice data in compliance with relevant standards, and providing technical support to clinical and administrative staff.
We are looking for a professional with a strong background in IT systems administration, ideally with experience supporting healthcare or clinical management software systems. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage your time effectively across multiple site locations. A proactive approach to digital security and infrastructure enhancement is essential.
This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary of A$90,000 plus superannuation. The start date is scheduled for ASAP or at a mutually agreed time.
