Hardman Joinery is currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join our small, dedicated team in our factory located in Botany, NSW. This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of A$79,500, tailored for a craftsperson who takes immense pride in traditional woodwork and high-quality manufacturing.
In this role, you will be primarily focusing on the specialized manufacture of heritage windows and doors. We are looking for someone who brings a keen eye for historical detail and a deep appreciation for traditional craftsmanship to every project. Your daily responsibilities will involve interpreting detailed specifications, cutting, shaping, and assembling timber components, and ensuring all finished pieces meet strict standards of accuracy and historical authenticity.
To be successful in this position, relevant trade qualifications and prior industry experience are necessary. We value craftsmanship and reliability, and the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and capabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in joinery, with a strong background or interest in heritage and historical timberwork
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage tasks independently to meet production schedules
