We are currently seeking a talented Jr Graphic and Digital Designer to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN.
In this hybrid role reporting directly to the Marketing Services Manager within the Food Solutions Division, you will play a key part in supporting creative initiatives for corporate, B2B, and consumer brands. You will collaborate with both in-house teams and outside design agencies to produce impactful print and digital assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing print and digital marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, merchandising tools, and promotional programs.
- Managing and updating corporate and brand websites, assisting with digital design, and utilizing platforms like WordPress and HubSpot.
- Creating HTML advertising and emails for media partners while ensuring all assets adhere to company brand standards.
- Maintaining organized asset storage and preparing production-ready files for external partners and vendors.
- Collaborating across cross-functional teams including sales, HR, and external agencies to support company-wide initiatives.
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring an on-site presence at our Eden Prairie corporate office a minimum of 50% of the time, with the remaining time worked remotely from a dedicated home workspace.
Qualifications and requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of combined work experience in design across print and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office, WordPress, and HubSpot.
- Solid understanding of printing processes, digital design optimization, brand standards, and current web and social media trends.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently and within a team.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are preferred.
Compensation for this role includes a target salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually (classified as Grade 12, with a full pay range of $58,795 to $82,444). You are also eligible for an incentive bonus of up to 5% of your annual salary, prorated based on your start date. Final pay is determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.
