The Coffee Club Goulburn is currently seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our team on a part-time basis. Located in the Bowral area serving the East Bowral community, this role offers flexible hours to accommodate various schedules while playing an essential part in our daily kitchen operations.
As a key member of our kitchen crew, your primary purpose is to ensure the efficient preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals that meet our established standards. You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver quality food and maintain a smooth-running kitchen environment during service hours.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items accurately in accordance with The Coffee Club manuals and recipes
- Ensuring all required menu items and ingredients are available and properly prepped throughout service
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work area that adheres to all relevant food safety and workplace health standards
- Communicating effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to customers
- Assisting with general kitchen duties, stock organization, and station setup as required
To be considered for this position, applicants are required to have:
- Approximately 1 year of relevant work experience in a commercial kitchen or fast-paced food preparation environment
- A strong commitment to food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team setting
- Flexibility with working hours to support the needs of the business
