Working within the Infrastructure & Operational Support Branch, this pivotal role will oversee the delivery of Managed ICT services, acting as the primary point of contact and driving service excellence across key operational initiatives.
In this dynamic leadership position, you will be responsible for guiding delivery teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that technical services are aligned with agency objectives and service level agreements. Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Managed ICT services and operational support functions.

- Managing project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant government frameworks, security policies, and industry standards.
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting multidisciplinary teams to achieve high performance.
