We are currently recruiting for a Lead Systems Engineer / Team Lead to be based on-site in the Hildenborough and Tonbridge area, offering a competitive and set salary of £52,426 per year.
In this dual technical and leadership role, you will be trusted to play an integral part in delivering advanced engineering solutions while guiding and supporting a dedicated team of technical professionals. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the business to ensure high standards of engineering excellence, project delivery, and technical innovation.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this position include:
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality technical outputs
- Overseeing the full systems engineering lifecycle, from initial requirements capture through to design, integration, and verification
- Collaborating with cross-functional project teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices
- Resolving complex technical challenges and providing expert engineering guidance
