Only About Children is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Officer to join our team on a mid-level basis, located in The Rocks, Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional learning experience for all team members, supporting their professional growth within our organization.
With a strong focus on onboarding, digital learning, and the continuous improvement of our learning systems and programs, this role partners closely with colleagues across the business to ensure our educational frameworks remain engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Facilitating comprehensive and engaging onboarding experiences for new team members
- Administering and supporting digital learning platforms and content delivery
- Collaborating on the continuous improvement of learning systems, materials, and training programs
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and support professional development initiatives
- Maintaining accurate training records and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs
