As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist on our platform, you will manage your own practice while leveraging our tools to increase your earnings and fill your caseload with covered clients efficiently and without long-term commitments. The compensation for this role is established at $132,337 per year, aligned with an hourly rate range between $95 and $180 depending on your practice volume and client scheduling.
Key responsibilities and professional expectations for this role include:
- Providing comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy services to clients in a secure remote environment.
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Managing client scheduling, intake processes, and insurance credentialing support through the Headway platform.
- Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment goals and monitoring their ongoing therapeutic progress.
To qualify for this remote position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a fully-licensed Clinical Psychologist holding a Master’s level degree or above.
- Must possess active PSY, PSYP, or PsyD licensure.
- Ready and equipped to deliver telehealth services securely and professionally.
