Headway is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our network in a virtual capacity serving clients in the Charleston, Kanawha County area. This opportunity is designed to help professionals successfully launch or expand their private practice with streamlined support and resources.
As a virtual provider on the Headway platform, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality clinical social work services and therapy to clients remotely. You will manage your own client schedule, conduct virtual sessions, maintain appropriate clinical documentation, and help clients navigate their mental health care needs within a supportive digital ecosystem.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing evidence-based clinical social work and therapy services via telehealth.
- Accepting insurance and taking covered clients seamlessly through the platform.
- Maintaining accurate and timely client records in accordance with professional standards.
- Collaborating with Headway’s administrative tools to manage credentialing, billing, and scheduling with ease.
Requirements and qualifications for this role include:
- Must be a fully-licensed Clinical Social Worker at a Master’s level or above.
- Must hold a valid LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure.
- Readiness to accept insurance and expand your client base in a virtual practice setting.
