Headway is seeking a fully-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our platform in the Times Square area of King County. This position offers a compensation of $93,340 per year, providing a stable and rewarding financial foundation for your practice.

As a practitioner on our network, your day-to-day focus will center on providing high-quality therapeutic care and supporting your clients’ mental health and relational well-being. Typical professional responsibilities for this role include:
- Conducting clinical intake assessments and psychological evaluations for individuals, couples, or families
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific relational and emotional goals
- Providing evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling sessions in alignment with professional LMFT standards
- Maintaining accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation and client records
- Managing client scheduling and coordination through our integrated platform
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Master’s degree or above in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related mental health field
- Hold a current, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care
