Headway is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our network in a remote capacity serving the Jackson Hole, Teton County area. In this remote role, you will provide professional mental health counseling services to clients while utilizing our platform to streamline your administrative processes, handle insurance panels, and manage scheduling. We empower clinicians to focus on delivering quality care while we take the friction out of the business side of running a practice.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients
- Providing compassionate, evidence-based counseling sessions remotely via telehealth
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential client clinical records
- Navigating insurance billing and credentialing support efficiently through the Headway platform
- Collaborating with clients to support their personal mental health and wellness goals
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Master’s degree or above in a relevant mental health field
- Possess full licensure as a Mental Health Counselor with specific licensure such as LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP
- Be fully licensed to practice independently within your jurisdiction
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
