In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of authorized personnel licensed to prescribe medication and treatment, or under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Providing direct patient care following established nursing processes and clinical guidelines.
- Maintaining professional accountability for the care provided to assigned patients throughout their stay or visit.
- Collaborating and coordinating patient care effectively with various hospital or facility departments.
- Upholding strict standards regarding patient rights and ensuring the complete confidentiality of all patient information.
- Working collaboratively within a healthcare team to support positive clinical outcomes.
