Position compensation is structured at $147,756 per year, with wage equivalent details scaling up to $201.29 per hour depending on your practice volume and client scheduling. This flexible opportunity allows you to maintain control over your practice with no long-term commitments required.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for clients
- Developing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards
- Collaborating with clients to monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Utilizing the Headway platform to manage scheduling, credentialing, and insurance billing with ease
