As an Inpatient Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care within our rehabilitation setting. - Monitoring, recording, and reporting changes in patient conditions to the medical team.

- Collaborating closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in patient records.
