Endeavour Group is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Liquor Team Member at BWS Lorne. Located along the scenic Surf Coast in Lorne, Victoria, this junior-level position is ideal for someone who is passionate about people and eager to kickstart or grow their retail career within the beverage and hospitality sector.
As a key part of the local BWS team, you will play an important role in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and engaging shopping experience for every customer. Whether you are assisting patrons in selecting the right beer, wine, spirit, or zero-alcohol alternative, your enthusiasm and friendly approach will help set our store apart.
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this customer-facing role typically include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Operating the point-of-sale (POS) register accurately and efficiently
- Stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining a clean, well-presented shop floor
- Complying with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards and all relevant retail legislation
- Working collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve store goals and maintain a safe working environment
We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and a genuine interest in connecting with customers. While previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous, an eagerness to learn about our products and a commitment to delivering great service are the most important qualities for success in this role.
