As a Liquor Team Member with BWS, you will play an essential part in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Whether helping shoppers select the right beer, wine, spirit, or zero-alcohol alternative, you will be the friendly face of the store, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported in finding drinks suited to their preferences.
Key responsibilities for this position typically involve:
- Delivering exceptional and friendly customer service to all shoppers visiting the store
- Assisting with daily store operations, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards
- Operating the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
- Complying with all responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines, company policies, and workplace health and safety standards
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team to achieve store goals
